We deliver furniture to our customers across mainland UK.
However, some locations within the UK are currently excluded. Scroll down to see if this will affect you. We do not deliver to offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Our delivery is free to mainland UK. We offer additional services such as room of choice delivery, assembly service and removal of old bed & mattress for an additional cost. Please contact us on the web chat to find out more.
All our products are delivered to your home within 5-10 working days. Some locations have a 5-15 working day timeframe, this will be highlighted in the checkout page after you have entered your address.
Your delivery date will be sent to the number you provide at the checkout.
We deliver between 7am and 6pm, 7 days a week. Once your delivery date is confirmed, you must be available during those hours.
Can you deliver at the weekend?
Yes, but we are unable to guarantee a delivery date before you make a purchase.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes. We can rearrange your delivery for another day to accommodate your schedule. However, you must be available anytime between 7am and 6pm to receive your goods.
How will I know when my items are on their way?
We know you don’t want to sit around waiting for your package all day so our driver will contact you on the day, approximately 30-45 minutes before arrival.
Can you deliver to my room of choice?
These products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.
How do I tell you about delivery restrictions?

If we attempt to deliver when no one is home, our courier will leave a card through your door letting you know what to do next.
Can I rearrange my delivery after a missed delivery?
Yes. After a missed delivery the courier will contact you to arrange another day for delivery. However, you must be available anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM to receive your goods.

I missed the courier. What do I do?
If you miss the courier’s delivery attempt, we will charge £50 to redeliver your order.
If the courier does not deliver the item and returns the package back to us, we will issue you with a refund, however there will be £50 charge by the courier to cover the return of the item.
Extra Delivery Information
You may experience delays in your delivery during peak seasons such as Bank Holidays, Easter, Black Friday, Christmas and New Years.
We encourage you to check every item thoroughly when you receive your order to make sure you’re happy, even if you’re not going to use it straight away.
